What is PSA?
The Plastic Solutions Academy is a comprehensive education, technical training, and acceleration platform for solving the plastics crisis.
Sea of Life curates a 30 hour learning platform covering topics from the chemistry of plastics to the growing demand and impacts to our planet. We also host history and culture experts who explore life pre plastics and we meet with scientists for behavior change. Students are then challenged to develop and pitch ideas for solving plastic pollution. Those top scoring ideas become our PSA fellows. Sea of Life provides seed funding and mentorship to the fellows supporting the growth of small scale and localized blue economies!

Local Innovators Selected for Prestigious Fellowship to Tackle Plastic Pollution in Belize
Sea of Life Is proud to announce the selection of two outstanding graduates of the Plastic Solutions Academy for a prestigious fellowship aimed at combatting plastic pollution through innovation and entrepreneurship. The Plastic Solutions Academy fellowship was made possible through a grant from the Belize Fund for a Sustainable Future (Belize Fund). Sea of Life also partners with BELTRAIDE, Service Design Network, Rare and University of Belize Faculty to offer a comprehensive approach to learning about plastic. Read the full media alert here.
